Mandatory modules
In module 01, students acquire the fundamentals of agility and agile transformation. Module 01 serves as the introduction module for the CAS. Prof. Dr. Christoph Peters teaches you the different forms, methods and principles of agility and agile transformation in enterprises and organisations.
After completing module 01, you will fully understand why it is necessary to apply agile and innovation management.
In module 02, which is taught by Dr. Karen Eilers, students can show the difference between doing and being agile and explain the agile mindset as a core element of being agile. Students will also be familiar with the agile mindset and its dimensions and are able to develop appropriate measures to promote the agile mindset in an organisation or enterprise.
In module 03, Dr. Karen Eilers teaches the key elements of agile leadership. Students will be able to explain the change in leadership culture and how to build leadership skills. Students also will be able to show how agility and agile organisations lead to more empowerment of employees.
René Kräling teaches module 04 and focuses on the interactions between agile approaches and innovative capacity of enterprises and organisations.
After passing module 04, students will be able to identify the most common forms and methods of agile innovation and will be able to apply them systematically for their innovation process in their organisation or enterprise.
In Module 05, Prof. Dr. Christoph Peters explains to the students the different agile organisation forms and how they can be distinguished from each other.
The students know concrete best practices for the successful implementation of agile organisations and management and can develop a practical concept for the agile transformation of their own organisation or enterprise.
